We are seeking a highly skilled Mobile Devices Management Administrator to join our team at Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining all iOS devices across the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and manage corporate-owned devices accessing business-critical data via our Enterprise Mobile Device Management System.
- Review and update existing mobile device management policies to ensure compliance and security.
- Handle repairs, device issues, and customer re-provisioning calls through our Service Desk.
- Collaborate with Service Desk, IT Infrastructure teams, and Cyber Security to identify and resolve issues.
- Action disable/block/quarantined/lockdown activity on devices within the core MDM configuration and mobile network provider when required.
- Lead and work closely with Digital Services Teams for major OS and application updates.
- Technical knowledge of Enterprise Mobility Management Systems.
- In-depth knowledge and proven work experience in Mobile Iron EMM.
- Hands-on experience in security systems, including endpoint devices management, anti-virus software, and data leak protection.
