Job Title: Commercial Gas Engineer - Mobile Maintenance Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Commercial Gas Engineer to join our team in Nottingham and surrounding areas. As a mobile maintenance specialist, you will be responsible for carrying out maintenance and repair on a wide range of commercial gas appliances.

Key Responsibilities:

* Carry out PPM schedules and meet set KPI targets
* Work on commercial sites including retail showrooms, offices, student accommodation, care homes, and other commercial sites
* Work a 24-hour rota for emergency call-outs, with standby allowance paid and overtime rates applying (1 in 5)
* Plenty of overtime available, with future prospects and progression

Company Information: Our client is a reputable and well-established Building Services company specializing in M&E Engineering, including commercial gas/HVAC maintenance. They have close working relationships with high-profile clients, resulting in long-term contracts and security.

Requirements:

* Relevant qualifications and experience in commercial gas engineering
* Ability to work on a mobile basis, with a valid driving license
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
