About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Scheduler to join our team at Marlowe Kitchen Fire Suppression. As a Scheduler, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our service visits and call-out rotas for Engineers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and organize service visits and call-out rotas for Engineers to ensure timely and efficient completion of tasks.
  • Liaise with clients and the administration team to ensure timescales and deadlines are met, providing excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Obtain site access information and arrange service visits to suit client needs, demonstrating a proactive and flexible approach.
  • Accurately enter data into our CRM system, maintaining high levels of data integrity and accuracy.
  • Update customer service records, ensuring up-to-date information is maintained and accessible.
  • Perform general service administration duties, including weekly reporting to provide a clear overview of current and completed workloads.
Requirements
  • Competent in Microsoft Office packages, including Excel and Word, with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with in-house CRM systems, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Dynamic and forward-thinking, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work as part of a team, with a willingness to support colleagues and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.
