We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Support Facilitator/Tutor. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering sessions and empowering adults with learning disabilities and autism.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with our team to deliver sessions and support students in achieving their personal objectives.
  • Provide individualized attention to students, both in our training centers and in the community.
  • Support students in building life skills and achieving positive long-term changes.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of programs that promote the inclusion of disabled people in society.
Requirements
  • Experience working within social care and providing services directly to adults with learning disabilities and autism.
  • Ability to lead classes, project activities, and sessions without support.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen with patience and empathy.
  • Ability to inspire trust and confidence, behaving with integrity and honesty at all times.
  • Commitment to the inclusion of disabled people in society and a belief in equality for all.
