Main Job Purpose:

In the role of Co-Pack Manager, you will oversee the entire Co-Pack division, formulating and executing strategic initiatives to meet divisional KPIs, focusing on new business development, revenue generation, and profitability. You will manage the daily operations of the Co-Pack team, lead comprehensive processes, and nurture senior-level relationships with key clients and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and implement divisional strategies aimed at fostering new business growth and enhancing profitability.
  • Oversee the Co-Pack team, including conducting performance evaluations, setting targets, and facilitating personal development.
  • Lead project management for all new repack inquiries, ensuring timely and budget-compliant execution.
  • Maintain senior-level engagement with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Drive profitability through precise costings and efficient conversion of new repack opportunities.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and Good Distribution Practices for medicinal products.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Quality, and Creative, to fulfill customer requirements.

Key Tasks:

  • Profitably expand the Co-Pack division, concentrating on new business and customer volume.
  • Assume full P&L responsibility, enhancing profitability through accurate time and motion costings.
  • Work alongside the Sales lead to maximize new repack opportunities.
  • Create and manage a robust pipeline for new business development.
  • Support the team in presentations, quality assurance, and creative initiatives.
  • Advocate for repacking best practices in both internal and external meetings.
  • Coordinate with the Repack Planner to ensure project timelines are adhered to.
  • Conduct appraisals and personal development reviews with team members.
  • Ensure compliance with Good Distribution Practices for medicinal products.

Qualifications:

  • Expertise in project management.
  • Proficient in computer applications including Sage, Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Experience/Competencies Required:

  • Strong leadership and strategic thinking capabilities.
  • Exceptional project management skills.
  • Intermediate proficiency in computer applications (Sage, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word).
  • Strong prioritization, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated with adaptability to change.
  • Ability to cultivate relationships and engage with senior networks.
  • Strong numerical aptitude and commercial insight.
  • Experience collaborating with major brands.
  • Possession of a full, clean driving license.
