- Recognize and adeptly respond to complex priorities, addressing all human resources matters promptly in collaboration with the People Team.
- 5+ years of leadership experience in high-end furniture, design showrooms, or luxury retail environments.
- Outstanding organizational and leadership capabilities.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proven ability to motivate, influence, and inspire both yourself and others.
- Commitment to quality with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strategic thinking and mental agility.
- Results-oriented mindset.

- Passion and capability to master and execute the RH design aesthetic.
- Proficiency in Mac Operating System, Microsoft Office, and Google Applications.
- Capability to lift and move small to medium items while utilizing appropriate equipment and techniques.
- Ability to navigate effectively around the gallery floor, stockroom, and office.
- Position requires prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, kneeling, squatting, bending, and climbing.
