We are excited to announce a permanent position for a CCTV and Animal Welfare Specialist to become a vital part of our team.

  • The compensation for this role is £14.44 per hour
  • Standard working hours are 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities:

In this role, your primary duties will encompass:

  • Monitoring and documenting adherence to company technical standards through the surveillance of CCTV and conducting thorough factory inspections.
  • Serving as a representative for the technical division, exemplifying compliance and adherence to company protocols for your peers.
  • Interacting with and informing colleagues about company technical guidelines and expected Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
  • Conducting audits, alternating between CCTV monitoring and factory inspections, while recording instances of compliance and non-compliance for analytical purposes.

Comprehensive training will be provided for all aspects of this position.

Ideal Candidate:
  • Experience in a food manufacturing setting is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Prior experience in Quality Assurance (QA) or Quality Control (QC) is advantageous but not essential.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication abilities and meticulous attention to detail, capable of influencing at all organizational levels.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
    • Able to prioritize and manage your workload effectively while meeting deadlines.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to influence in a dynamic environment with competing priorities.
