In collaboration with an Occupational Therapist, you will help coordinate activities and contribute to both individual and group therapy planning. By fostering strong relationships with service users, you will encourage their participation in activities that support their recovery journey.
Your responsibilities as a Rehabilitation Support Specialist will include:
- Working alongside Occupational Therapists, Nurses, and other professionals to develop and assess care plans.
- Supporting service users in achieving their goals and accessing appropriate services.
- Keeping precise records by updating service user healthcare documentation.
To thrive in this position, you should have:
- GCSE/O-Levels (A-C) or an equivalent NVQ2 qualification.
- Prior experience in a related environment, particularly in Mental Health.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
