We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Aspect Healthcare. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support to individuals with mental health needs.
Key Responsibilities- Provide individualized care and support to patients with mental health conditions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective care strategies
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by medical professionals
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
- Minimum 6 months of experience as a Registered Mental Health Nurse in the NHS
- Current NMC registration
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
- Competitive hourly rate of £22.00-£34.00
