Service Coordinator

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Service Coordinator to support our team in managing a team of Recovery Advisors and Peer Workers for our crisis service. The successful candidate will have a good understanding of working in mental health or equivalent transferable skills and a genuine passion for supporting people to explore their needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the day-to-day running of the service, including some evening work alongside the team.
- Provide line management and non-clinical supervision to the team.
- Support the Team Manager in managing the team and coordinating the service.
Requirements
- Good understanding of working in mental health or equivalent transferable skills.
- Genuine passion for supporting people to explore their needs.
- Ability to work in a psychology-informed way, recognizing individual experience, strengths, and potential.
