About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Service Coordinator to join our team at Southdown. As a Service Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the Team Manager in managing a team of Recovery Advisors and Peer Workers for the Staying Well Eastbourne crisis service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the day-to-day running of the service, including some evening work alongside the team.
  • Provide line management and non-clinical supervision to the team.
  • Support the Team Manager in managing the team and ensuring the smooth operation of the service.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need a good understanding of working in mental health or equivalent transferable skills. You will also need a genuine passion for supporting people to explore their needs.

You will receive a comprehensive induction followed up with regular training and we will invest in you to give you all the tools you need to succeed.
