Our client, a well-regarded entity in the Food & Beverage Wholesale industry, is known for its commitment to providing a diverse array of high-quality products to various customer segments.
We are currently seeking a Butchery Production Manager to oversee the operations of the butchery division. The ideal candidate will ensure that the highest standards of product quality, customer service, and operational efficiency are maintained. Key responsibilities will include managing a team of butchers, overseeing inventory management, and ensuring adherence to health and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of butchers and support personnel to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures for all butchery activities.
- Monitor stock levels of raw materials and finished goods while minimizing waste.
- Provide training and mentorship to team members.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
- Assess current butchery processes to identify opportunities for improvement in workflow and resource management.
- Introduce a new production management system to enhance operational efficiency.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Demonstrated experience in a butchery or meat processing environment, with at least one year in a supervisory capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of meat cuts, preparation methods, and cooking techniques.
- Strong understanding of food safety, health & safety, and hygiene standards.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and customer service abilities.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and capability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
This position is full-time and may require flexibility in working hours, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
