Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess patient care needs and develop, implement, and evaluate plans of care.
  • Supervise junior staff and teach qualified and unqualified nurses.

  • Promote excellence in nursing practice and development of high-level clinical skills.

Clinical Responsibilities:

As a Critical Care Nurse Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Assessing patient care needs and developing, implementing, and evaluating plans of care.
  • Providing high-quality patient care in our Intensive Care Unit and Surgical High Dependency Unit.
  • Collaborating with the multi-disciplinary team to ensure effective patient care.
