Totum is a leading law firm in the UK, known for its commitment to excellence and innovation. We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our team and help drive our marketing strategy forward.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Marketing Strategy: Collaborate with senior stakeholders to develop and deliver a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the firm's business objectives.
  • Marketing Campaigns: Execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and events, to promote the firm's services and brand.
  • Agency Management: Manage relationships and projects with external agencies to ensure effective delivery of marketing services.
  • Content Management: Oversee the development and publication of high-quality content, including website and social media content.
  • Social Media: Manage social media platforms and strategies to engage with our audience and build brand awareness.
  • Events: Plan and execute events, including conferences, seminars, and workshops, to promote the firm's services and expertise.
  • Directory and Awards: Handle directory and awards submissions to ensure the firm's visibility and recognition in the industry.
  • PR and Communications: Manage PR and communications efforts to maintain a positive reputation and build relationships with key stakeholders.
  • ESG and HR Initiatives: Provide marketing support for ESG and HR-related initiatives to promote the firm's commitment to sustainability and employee well-being.
  • Brand Management: Maintain and enhance the firm's brand management, including brand guidelines and asset management.

Requirements:

  • Marketing Experience: Proven track record of marketing experience, ideally within a law firm environment (wider professional services experience will be considered).
  • Social Media Knowledge: Excellent knowledge of social media platforms and strategies.
  • Writing and Communication Skills: Strong writing and communication skills to effectively communicate with stakeholders.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
  • Creative and Strategic Thinking: Creative and strategic thinking with a proactive approach to drive marketing initiatives forward.
