We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Business Applications team as a Support Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our software applications and business processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and guidance to colleagues on the use of our software applications
  • Collaborate with the analyst/developer team to identify and resolve technical issues
  • Develop and maintain digital forms, chatbots, and other solutions to improve business processes
  • Provide business information and analysis through PowerBI, SSRS, and Excel reports
  • Work with the project support team to improve business processes and liaise with software champions to test new functionality
Requirements
  • Strong technical skills and experience in software applications and business processes
