About Our DMS Platform:

To get digital media personalization right, you need to identify your customers online and deliver relevant messages to them based on their real-time behaviors and preferences. Our Epsilon PeopleCloud Digital Media Solutions (DMS) make it all possible.

DMS is a performance-based, 1:1 personalized digital media solution at scale. It's an integrated end-to-end solution that includes:

  • People-based identity
  • Performance-based outcome
  • True 1-1 personalized creative
  • Real-time decisioning and optimization
What You'll Do:
  • Manage a portfolio of complex accounts and support the wider teams' business
  • Deliver significant revenue growth by using business acumen to uncover business needs and identify how our DMS solutions can help clients achieve their business goals
  • Coordinate internal resources for the delivery of objective-based solutions for clients
  • Create and deliver customized sales opportunities for your clients
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations, while understanding the landscape and gaining account penetration
  • Cross-sell and become an expert in different products of Epsilon
  • Negotiate and close contracts with client's key decision-makers
What You'll Need:
  • 12+ years of industry experience, including 7+ years of professional digital sales and marketing business experience
  • Significant industry experience in internal sales/client development/consulting roles
  • Excelled in a target-driven sales position
  • Solid quantitative background with an understanding of analytic tools and techniques
  • Understanding of marketing program design, execution, and measurement
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Works well in a team/highly collaborative environment
  • Comfortable at growing accounts and revenue, not afraid to ask for the business
  • Account planning - helping internal and external stakeholders see the bigger picture and plan
  • Highly driven, motivated, and ambitious self-starter
  • Curious to learn and focused on own personal development
