Job Title: Head of ERP Leadership

About the Role:

Oliver Bernard is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the continuous improvement of our existing ERP system. As the Head of ERP Leadership, you will be responsible for the strategic and creative direction of the system, ensuring its optimal performance and alignment with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of ERP system improvements, working closely with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and external partners.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to define and implement business strategies, ensuring the ERP system supports our growth and innovation goals.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to teams on ERP system usage, best practices, and process improvements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in ERP system management, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of leading ERP implementations, with a strong understanding of the full life cycle.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and prioritize business needs.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on delivering results.
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively.
