Client Engagement:

Candidate Sourcing and Placement:
- Utilize various sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent within the market, including networking, industry events, and online platforms.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial candidate identification to successful placements.
Team Leadership and Collaboration:
- Collaborate with other recruitment consultants and internal teams to share market insights, best practices, and contribute to the overall success of the company.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior consultants, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Business Development:
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the tech market, expanding Boss ERP Consulting's client portfolio.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote Boss ERP Consulting as the leader in technology recruitment.
Data and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, candidate pipelines, and market trends.
- Provide regular reports and insights to management on market performance, opportunities, and challenges.
Qualifications:
Experience:
- Proven track record as a Recruitment Consultant, with a focus on the Information Technology and Digital sector would be ideal. But open to different backgrounds.
- Demonstrated success in business development, client relationship management, and achieving recruitment targets.
Industry Knowledge:
- In-depth understanding of the tech market, including key players, emerging technologies, and industry trends.
- Familiarity with the sector and a passion for contributing to our growth.
Communication Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, candidates, and internal teams.
- Strong presentation skills for client meetings and industry events.
Leadership Abilities:
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide junior consultants.
- Capacity to take ownership of the tech market segment and drive strategic initiatives.
