- Conduct market research to identify trends, key players, and potential clients in the tech industry.
Client Engagement:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their specific recruitment needs and challenges.
- Collaborate with clients to develop comprehensive recruitment strategies that align with their business objectives.
Candidate Sourcing and Placement:
- Utilize various sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent within the market, including networking, industry events, and online platforms.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial candidate identification to successful placements.
Team Leadership and Collaboration:
- Collaborate with other recruitment consultants and internal teams to share market insights, best practices, and contribute to the overall success of the company.

Qualifications:
Experience:
- Proven track record as a Recruitment Consultant, with a focus on the Information Technology and Digital sector would be ideal.
- Demonstrated success in business development, client relationship management, and achieving recruitment targets.
Industry Knowledge:
- In-depth understanding of the tech market, including key players, emerging technologies, and industry trends.
- Familiarity with the sector and a passion for contributing to our growth.
Communication Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, candidates, and internal teams.
- Strong presentation skills for client meetings and industry events.
Leadership Abilities:
