Permanent, 22.5 hours per week. Part-time, 3 days per week (flexibility on days)

Hybrid – Office base in South London (with 1 day working from home)
St Christopher's Hospice is a contemporary, welcoming, and dynamic organization dedicated to providing exceptional palliative and end-of-life care, along with vital support to over 7,000 individuals across various boroughs.
The Volunteer Engagement Team oversees all facets of volunteering, including recruitment, onboarding, conflict resolution, and the acknowledgment and appreciation of volunteers.
We seek an outstanding communicator to offer continuous support and development to our volunteers. You should possess strong listening skills and the ability to swiftly build positive relationships with diverse stakeholders. A solid understanding of volunteering best practices and experience in facilitating training sessions is essential.
Your passion for volunteering and meticulous attention to detail will contribute to creating engaging communications and updates, ensuring that volunteers feel recognized and valued.
