Job Title: Contract Compliance Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Compliance Coordinator to join our team at Brackenberry Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the effective operation of Compliance Services, including data entry and analysis, record keeping, and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and manage M&E and Lifts records, raising relevant repairs and actions on appropriate systems.
  • Monitor completion and chase where actions are not completed within agreed timescales.
  • Upload supporting documentation to document management systems following correct naming protocol.
  • Develop skills, understanding, and abilities in delivering compliance support services.
  • Deal professionally and effectively with contacts from contractors and colleagues.
  • Deal with contractor and landlord enquiries and follow through to resolution.
Requirements:
  • Experience of working within business support or business administration.
  • Experience in managing delivery of M&E and Lift services.
  • Experience of supporting change and efficiency initiatives.
  • Strong communication and IT/Technical skills.
  • Development of skills and knowledge.
  • Experience of delivering high-quality customer service.
