Compliance Coordinator Job Description

Bennett & Game Recruitment LTD is seeking a highly skilled Compliance Coordinator to join their team. As a Compliance Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring that all compliance records are up-to-date and accurate.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Prepare and plan annual PPM and statutory compliance programme of works.
  2. Process certificates and all compliance records.
  3. Manage and monitor specialist contractors as per process and procedure.
  4. Update programme works, prepare performance reports, and ensure compliance with company procedures.
  5. Manage and administer company and client portals/systems, ensuring all documents/certificates are uploaded and administered in accordance with company process and procedure.
  6. Arrange access appointments for PPM works as appropriate for both internal operatives and appointed specialist contractors.
  7. Ensure Health & Safety risks of both internal operatives and appointed specialist contractors are managed accordingly.
  8. Prepare and plan all PPM and statutory compliance schedule of works.
  9. Carry out any other reasonable duties as required.
  10. Ensure compliance and targets/KPIs are met.
Requirements:
  1. 3 years experience in a similar role.
  2. Ability to prepare and design performance reports and charts (KPI's).
  3. Experience of working with schedule of rates and prime cost-plus quotations.
  4. Ability to monitor and update budgets (Client spend).
  5. Knowledge and awareness of SFG20, PPM, and statutory compliance.
  6. Ability to produce estimates for schedules of rates of contracts if applicable.
  7. Experience with MS Project, Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
  8. Asbestos awareness training preferred.
Benefits:

Salary: £24,000- £26,000

Monday to Friday, between 08.30 - 17:00, 37.5 hours a week.

Holiday Package: 21 days + 8BH increasing based on service.
