As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in assessing and implementing personalized therapeutic interventions to enhance the well-being of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate day-to-day care and procedures to ensure the highest standards of care are met
  • Provide leadership and guidance to a team of support workers to promote a culture of excellence
  • Work closely with families and carers to develop comprehensive support plans that meet the unique needs of each individual
  • Implement planned interventions and promote positive risk-taking to enhance the quality of life for our residents
  • Ensure that all services align with our organizational values and standards

Requirements:

  • NMC registered Mental Health Nurse or Learning Disability Nurse with valid PIN
  • Experience working with individuals with dementia and challenging behaviors, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality care
  • Ability to write detailed reports and assessments that meet regulatory requirements
  • Knowledge of mental health issues and safeguarding principles, with a commitment to promoting the rights and dignity of individuals
  • Good clinical assessment skills, with the ability to identify and respond to changing needs
  • IT proficiency, with experience of using electronic care records and other healthcare systems
