About the RoleThe successful candidate will work closely with our Amazon Customer Excellence Systems (ACES) team, specifically with Process System Engineering (PSE), ACES PM, launch teams, operations engineering, and reliability and maintenance (RME) teams to improve input metrics for each process path. You will prioritize and channel resources to address gaps in these input metrics, ensuring strong operational performance.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement process control strategies to minimize variation between shifts, buildings, and regions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process standardization and continuous improvement.
- Analyze data and present insights to senior leadership to inform business decisions.
- Lead and motivate a team to achieve operational excellence.
- Degree from an accredited institution.
- English language proficiency (Common European Framework of Reference C1).
- Experience in Industrial Engineering, Business Process Engineering, Quality, Operations, or Logistics.
- Project Portfolio Management experience.
- Strong professional experience with Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies.
- Relevant knowledge of change management and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills and detail orientation.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
