About the Role

Gleeson Development Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT professional to join our team as a Senior Helpdesk Analyst. As a key member of our IT department, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional support to our users, ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems, and contributing to the growth and success of our organization.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-line support for hardware and software issues, escalating complex problems to second-line teams as needed.
  • Monitor and manage helpdesk tickets, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Liaise with third-party vendors and suppliers to resolve technical issues and improve service delivery.
  • Collaborate with the Business Analyst Team and wider IT Team to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Support regional teams through regular face-to-face visits and provide excellent customer service in all interactions.
  • Resolve issues as the first point of contact whenever possible, demonstrating a proactive and customer-focused approach.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a helpdesk environment, with a strong understanding of Microsoft technologies and cloud computing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to meet changing business needs.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Experience with COINS ERP would be advantageous, but not essential.
