About Us
Boeing Commercial Aviation Services Europe Limited (BCASEL) is an EASA and UK CAA certified Maintenance Repair Organisation authorized to deliver Line & Base Maintenance services for 737 NG/Max, 777, and 787 aircraft.


As we continue to grow, we are seeking skilled B1 and B2 Licensed Aircraft Engineers to become part of our team.

Candidate Requirements
Applicants must possess a valid UK CAA Category B1 or B2 Part-66 Licence with one or more of the following type ratings: B737 NG, B737 Max, B777, or B787.


We also welcome applications from candidates lacking Boeing-specific type ratings, as additional training can be provided.

Responsibilities of B1 Licensed Aircraft Engineer
- Oversee a team of Mechanics engaged in Base Maintenance on customer aircraft.
- Conduct inspections and certify scheduled maintenance tasks, defect rectification, modifications, structural repairs, and functional tests on Airframe, Engine, and Electrical systems.
- Complete assigned tasks promptly to minimize aircraft downtime.
- Ensure accurate completion of aircraft technical log books, maintenance documentation, job cards, work packages, and zonal handovers within designated timelines.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in work areas.
- Adhere to regulatory requirements and company procedures.
- Foster a culture of safety by reporting incidents and issues through the Boeing Safety Management System.
- Identify and communicate any technical discrepancies to the Aircraft Check Manager.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and lean principles.
- Assist management in daily operations.
- Be flexible to undertake reasonable tasks as needed.

Responsibilities of B2 Licensed Aircraft Engineer
- Supervise a team of Mechanics performing Base Maintenance on customer aircraft.
- Inspect and certify scheduled maintenance tasks, defect rectification, modifications, repairs, and functional tests on Avionic and Electrical systems.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned work to optimize aircraft availability.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including technical log books and maintenance records.
- Uphold cleanliness and organization in work areas.
- Comply with regulatory and company standards.
- Promote a culture of safety and report incidents through the Boeing Safety Management System.
- Address technical issues and discrepancies with the Aircraft Check Manager.
- Engage in continuous improvement and lean initiatives.
- Support management in daily operations.
- Flexibility to perform additional tasks as required.

Qualifications
- Valid UK CAA Category B1 or B2 Part-66 Licence.
- Preferred type rating on one or more of the following aircraft: B737 NG, B737 Max, B777, or B787.

Desired Experience
- Minimum of 1 year exercising certification privileges in a Line or Base Maintenance environment.
- Recent experience on type and ability to maintain appropriate company authorizations.
- Comprehensive understanding of Part-145 regulations.
- Previous experience with Maintenance Management Systems.
- Strong communication skills and effective problem-solving abilities.
- Flexibility in working hours to meet operational needs.
- Team-oriented mindset focused on exceeding customer expectations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn in-house systems.
- Eligibility to hold a London Gatwick Airport airside pass.
- Right to live and work in the United Kingdom is required.

Work Authorization
