Maintenance Planning Engineer

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement robust production plans for maintenance inputs, ensuring seamless execution and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build accurate Man Hour and Hangar Bay plans, driving efficiency and productivity.
- Represent the Production Planning department at internal and external meetings, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
- Work closely with the Lead Production Planning Engineer to create and maintain processes and procedures, ensuring maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitor compliance through sampling and participate in required pre-input meetings.
- Continuously monitor processes to ensure maximum efficiency can be achieved.
Requirements
- At least 5 years' experience of working in a maintenance planning environment.
- Ability to work unsupervised but also being a team player who will grasp opportunities to exceed the expectations of internal and external customers.
- Previous experience of using the AMOS system.
- Excellent organisation skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications
- Aircraft Engineering Degree is preferable.
- Previous experience on widebody and/or ETOPS aircraft is an advantage.
Work Authorisation
This requisition is for a locally hired position in the UK. Candidates must have current legal authorisation to work immediately in the United Kingdom. Boeing will not attempt to obtain Immigration and labour sponsorship for any applicants. Benefits and pay are determined at the local level and are not part of Boeing U.S. based payroll.
Relocation
This position does not offer relocation. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.
