Job Responsibilities

Key Duties:


• Engage with colleagues and clients through various communication channels, ensuring timely responses to inquiries.


• Collaborate with the Control Room Team to maintain consistent and effective communication regarding daily operations.


• Oversee the employee management system to ensure accurate monitoring.


• Compile detailed reports on incidents and events, providing these to management and clients as necessary.


• Complete relevant documentation while promptly escalating issues when needed.


• Liaise with and support all departments within the organization.


• Utilize FRG systems effectively to manage daily tasks.

Essential Qualifications

Requirements:

Possess a comprehensive 5-year work or educational history, including contact details.


• Strong attention to detail.


• The ideal candidate will be punctual, dependable, adaptable, and presentable.


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


• A professional demeanor, exhibiting sound judgment and integrity.

Preferred Qualifications


• Frontline SIA License.


• Previous experience in a control room setting.


• Background in administration.


• Experience in customer service roles.


• Familiarity with the security industry is advantageous.
