Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Administrator to join our team at JCT600. As a Service Administrator, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our Service team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage service bookings, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
  • Coordinate technical calls and diagnostic bookings, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
  • Review and verify parts availability, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and vehicle information, facilitating effective communication and data collection.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Collaborate with the Service and Sales teams to optimize customer experience and maximize business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a busy administration role, preferably in a Service environment.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a methodical and organized approach to work.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Good numeracy and literacy skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
