About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Professional to spearhead account management and new customer acquisition for our Digital Transformation Solutions business unit in the EMEA region, specifically within the Betting & Gaming sector. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to HARMAN's growth by driving revenue generation and expanding our footprint in this dynamic market.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new clients and expand existing accounts within the Betting & Gaming industry.
  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets by effectively selling our comprehensive suite of Digital Transformation Services, including Connected Enterprises solutions leveraging Product Engineering, Data/Analytics, Cloud Computing, Advanced Technologies (AI, ML, AR), Devices (IoT, Mobile), and User Experience.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers within CIO and CDO organizations at target companies.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify new business opportunities, understand customer needs, and analyze competitive landscapes.
  • Collaborate closely with the inside sales team, marketing department, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless and effective sales process.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in Digital Transformation.

Your Qualifications

  • 12+ years of proven experience in progressively responsible sales roles, with a minimum of 10 years specializing in new business development within the Betting & Gaming sector.
  • A consistent track record of exceeding sales goals and quotas in complex sales environments.
  • Demonstrated expertise in selling Digital Transformation solutions to enterprise clients.
  • Strong understanding of the Betting & Gaming industry, including key players, market dynamics, and regulatory landscape.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
