Multi-site Revenue Manager Opportunity

Edwards & Finn is pleased to be working exclusively with The Ascott Limited, a global hospitality group with multiple brands, seeking a Multi-site Revenue Manager to join their commercial team. This role will focus on UK hotels and serviced apartments.

The ideal candidate will have strong UK multi-property revenue management experience, either within a brand or independent environment. They will need to be highly analytical, commercially minded, and methodical in their approach, with excellent stakeholder management and customer-centric skills. Intermediate to advanced Excel skills are essential.

The Cluster Revenue Manager plays a vital role in ensuring accurate pricing, reporting, and analysis of business activities in the hotels. This role will optimize revenue through rigorous evaluation and analysis, reporting to the Group Director of Revenue and providing enhancements to improve revenue reporting and forecasting accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement revenue management strategies to optimize hotel performance
  • Conduct market analysis and competitor research to inform pricing decisions
  • Collaborate with hotel teams to ensure effective revenue management practices
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement

Requirements:
