About the Role: The successful candidate will work in a supportive environment, assisting students aged 11 to 18 who face challenges such as Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD), Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD), Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), and complex medical needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support students in small class settings, typically consisting of 8-10 pupils.
- Provide one-on-one assistance to students as required.
- Engage in off-site activities, ensuring students receive the necessary support.
- Collaborate with a committed team of professionals dedicated to enhancing the educational experience of students and their families.
Qualifications: While experience in working with children and young people with special needs is advantageous, we also encourage applications from individuals who possess a caring demeanor and a willingness to learn. Candidates with backgrounds in nursing, social care, health, or psychology will find their skills particularly relevant.

Work Schedule: This is a full-time position requiring availability for five days a week.
