Job Title: Special Needs Support Assistant
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Special Needs Support Assistant to join our team at Protocol Education. As a Special Needs Support Assistant, you will work closely with our experienced teachers and support staff to provide individualized support to students with special educational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-to-one support to students with special educational needs
- Assist students with daily living tasks, such as personal care and mobility
- Support students with communication and interaction difficulties
- Participate in lesson planning and implementation
- Collaborate with teachers and support staff to develop and implement individualized support plans
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Patience and understanding when working with students with special needs
- Basic knowledge of special educational needs and disability
