Job Title: Marketing Automation Specialist

About the Role

Vantiva is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Automation Specialist to join our global marketing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective email marketing campaigns that drive engagement and growth for our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns using Hubspot, including segmenting, testing, and automating whenever possible.
  • Craft compelling email subject lines, copies, and visuals that grab the attention of our audience and drive engagement.
  • Implement A/B testing strategies to test different email elements and analyze results to refine and improve campaign performance.
  • Maintain a high-quality standard for the Hubspot database with regular cleaning and data integration between Hubspot Marketing Hub and Salesforce CRM.
  • Ensure all email campaigns comply with relevant regulations and best practices, and monitor deliverability rates to maintain high inbox placement rates.
  • Produce regular high-quality campaign analysis using in-house customized marketing Power BI dashboards, focusing on insights and lessons learned, and provide recommendations for maximizing target audience engagement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a B2B tech enterprise deploying and optimizing email campaigns with a strong understanding of key marketing concepts.
  • Hubspot Marketing Hub or equivalent proven working knowledge/certification required.
  • Expert knowledge of database management concepts and best practices, including personas, scoring, engagement tactics, etc.
  • Strong Excel expertise and visual design skills, with experience working with tools such as Canva.
  • Analytical skills, with an eagerness to understand and apply data analytics in guiding email marketing strategies and improving campaign performance.
  • Excellent project and time management skills, with the ability to plan, organize, monitor, and execute multiple projects on time and within budget.
  • Ability to build relationships working in a cross-functional global environment, with critical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
  • Hands-on, strong team player with a positive attitude and excellent oral and written English communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent related education preferred.
