We are seeking a dedicated, empathetic, and innovative individual to become a part of our caring and committed team at our supported living facility.

We invite applications from those who possess a sincere desire and motivation to positively impact the lives of individuals with learning disabilities. The ideal candidate will assist residents in our welcoming and comfortable Supported Living environment as well as engage with them in community activities. Each day will present unique experiences, as the individuals we support have diverse interests ranging from shopping trips, afternoon tea, outings to new locations, and enjoyable coffee and cake gatherings.

Key Responsibilities of a Care Assistant:
– Supporting with daily living tasks such as budgeting, shopping, medication management, and personal care as needed.
– Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, tailored to the service's requirements.
– Empowering service users to achieve greater independence and build confidence in areas such as social interactions, daily living skills, and utilizing community resources.
– Adapting to the specific needs of service users in accordance with their Person Centred Plans.

We welcome candidates with varying levels of experience, including those with no prior experience, as our comprehensive training and onboarding process will equip all successful candidates with the necessary support.
