Your Role

Your daily responsibilities will encompass participating in team meetings, assessing patient behaviors, adjusting care plans in collaboration with your peers, maintaining accurate patient documentation, and offering comprehensive support, which may include assistance with personal care needs.

Work Environment
At Elysium Healthcare, you will be part of a 13-bed mental health rehabilitation facility that caters to women with complex mental health requirements. The environment fosters a pathway from admission to discharge, with additional resources available for those needing extensive rehabilitation.
You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support women who often experience intricate mental health and co-occurring conditions.
