Senior Nurse Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Nurse Manager to lead our bed management and discharge lounge teams. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing staff, rotas, appraisals, recruitment, and resource control for the area.
Key Responsibilities- Support patient flow throughout the ward/unit, ensuring timely discharges and effective bed management.
- Provide advice and guidance to the multidisciplinary team, ensuring all records and documentation are completed and relevant.
- Manage staff, rotas, appraisals, recruitment, and resource control for the area.
- Oversee operational nursing issues on a daily basis, ensuring efficient and effective management of the ward/unit.
- Develop and implement new and innovative ways of working to facilitate developments in nursing practice.
