About the Role: Educated Appointments is pleased to support a dynamic training organization in their search for an Assessor Coach. This role focuses on delivering Business Administration and Team Leadership apprenticeship standards to a group of apprentices in a remote setting.
Organizational Vision: Our client aims to achieve excellence in training, as recognized by regulatory bodies and valued by both employers and learners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with learners and employers to create tailored training plans that address the specific needs of both parties. Work alongside the Line Manager/Mentor to ensure that the training plan accurately reflects the training provided by the employer.
- Deliver educational content and support to cultivate the knowledge, skills, and behaviors necessary for learners to successfully complete their programs. This includes providing remote, online, and telephone support for individuals and groups, such as workshops.
- Facilitate teaching and learning experiences that promote personal development in accordance with the Education Inspection Framework.
- Notify the line manager/mentor of any issues that may jeopardize a learner's successful completion of their program, adhering to company protocols.
- Promote the organization and the apprenticeship brand actively.
- Engage in the company’s Quality Assurance and Improvement initiatives, including participating in observations of teaching and learning.
- Assist the Head of Curriculum & Delivery in evaluating performance against Assessor Coach KPIs and addressing identified areas for enhancement.
Qualifications Required:
- Relevant teaching or assessing qualification.
- Qualifications in English and Mathematics at Level 2.
- Understanding and experience of working within the Education Inspection Framework.
- Experience in delivering remote teaching and learning using digital tools such as video conferencing, virtual classrooms, screen sharing, cloud-based document sharing, and e-portfolio systems.
