We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assessor/Tutor to join our team at NVQ Assessor. As an Assessor/Tutor, you will be responsible for assessing and supporting learners working towards Apprenticeships and Traineeships in IT Infrastructure Technician and IT Solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess and support learners in their work placements, providing guidance and feedback to help them achieve their goals.
- Mentor learners to develop their skills and knowledge, and help them overcome any barriers to learning.
- Manage your diary efficiently to ensure timely assessments and reviews are conducted, and maintain accurate records of learner progress.
- Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Support, advise, and motivate learners to achieve their full potential, and adapt your delivery to meet their individual needs.
- Meet Assessor KPIs regarding timely assessments/visits, quality paperwork, and general administration, and work to learner review and completion timescales.
- Must hold a recognised Assessor award: D32/33, A1, CAVA, or TAQA.
- Experience in delivering full Apprenticeships in Information Communication Technician up to Level 3.
- Must hold solid, occupational competency in providing IT support through I.T networking/troubleshooting and roles such as IT Solutions Technician; Support Analyst; Systems Analyst; Service Desk or Technical Service Support etc.
- Full driving licence and use of own vehicle.
- Flexibility is required with working hours and travel, as and when required to meet learners' needs.
Benefits: Up to £40,000, with excellent benefits packages.
