We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Company Secretarial Assistant to join our team at AJ Bell. As a key member of our company secretarial function, you will provide high-quality advice and support to our Company Secretary and other stakeholders.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in company secretarial administration, including Board processes and routines. You will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day administration of the Company Secretarial function, including preparing agendas for AJ Bell Committees and attending meetings to draft detailed minutes.

You will also provide support for various matters, including corporate projects, research, and the administration of share option and incentive schemes. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining statutory registers and records for all AJ Bell plc group entities and preparing and filing Companies House forms.

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
