Position Overview

Senior Solicitor or Associate - Public Law & Human Rights

Location: London - Remote/Hybrid

Simpson Millar is actively seeking a qualified Senior Solicitor or Associate to enhance our Public Law and Human Rights department. This role presents a remarkable opportunity to be part of our award-winning, Chambers Ranked team.

As a member of our established and supportive team, you will engage in a diverse range of public law matters, community care, claims against public authorities, and inquest work. This includes advocacy for victims of trafficking, vulnerable migrants, unaccompanied minors, looked after children, and care leavers in civil claims and judicial reviews.

We are in search of an individual who possesses the capability to supervise and manage other solicitors handling public law judicial review caseloads while also managing their own workload. There are significant opportunities for career advancement and the potential to take on management responsibilities within the team.

This role offers a flexible working arrangement, allowing for a combination of remote work and office-based responsibilities. We welcome applications from both full-time and part-time candidates and encourage flexible working arrangements.
