Simpson Millar is seeking a qualified Senior Solicitor or Associate to enhance our Public Law and Human Rights division. This is a remarkable opportunity to become part of our award-winning, Chambers Ranked team.
You will integrate into a well-established and supportive group that handles a diverse range of public law matters, including community care, claims against public authorities, and inquest proceedings. Our focus includes representing vulnerable individuals such as victims of trafficking, unaccompanied minors, and care leavers in civil claims and judicial reviews.
We are looking for a candidate who possesses the capability to supervise and mentor fellow solicitors managing public law judicial review cases while also maintaining their own caseload. There are significant opportunities for career advancement, including potential involvement in team management.

This role offers a blend of remote work and office-based responsibilities in London, with flexibility regarding the distribution of time between the two. We welcome applications from both full-time and part-time candidates, with an emphasis on flexible working arrangements.
