Position Overview

Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

Company: Indo Search

Work Arrangement: Hybrid model available after initial integration period

Compensation: Competitive salary up to £49,000 annually

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Product Engineering and Research & Development teams.
  • Facilitate release processes for subcontracted production devices.
  • Address quality assurance and regulatory compliance for various medical device classifications.
  • Maintain and oversee the ISO 13485 quality management system.
  • Manage product release processes, including logging repairs and customer complaints.
  • Coordinate quality assurance procedures with supply chain partners.
  • Support audit processes and ensure timely resolution of audit findings.
  • Conduct post-market surveillance and customer feedback tracking related to product quality.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proficient in ISO 13485; familiarity with ISO 10993 and ISO 11135 is advantageous.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • 2-5 years of experience in ISO quality systems, particularly in the medical device sector.
