**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Kitchen Porter to join our team. As a Kitchen Porter, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • **Cleaning and Sanitation**: Ensuring all kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces are clean and sanitized to the highest standards.
  • **Food Preparation**: Assisting with food preparation, including washing and peeling vegetables, and preparing salads and desserts.
  • **Delivery and Storage**: Unloading food and equipment deliveries, and maintaining a clean and organized store room.
  • **Supporting the Kitchen Team**: Providing assistance to the kitchen team as needed, including helping with food preparation, plating, and presentation.

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • **Previous Kitchen Experience**: Some experience working in a kitchen environment is ideal, but not essential.
  • **Attention to Detail**: A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
  • **Teamwork**: A willingness to work collaboratively as part of a team and provide support to colleagues as needed.
  • **Adaptability**: A flexible and adaptable approach to work, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
