Your Role:

In this position, you will report directly to the Head Chef and assist in various kitchen operations, including:

  • Supporting the culinary staff in meal preparation and cooking, adhering to company standards.
  • Serving meals and beverages to patients, staff, and visitors.
  • Maintaining proper storage protocols and managing stock rotation.
  • Ensuring cleanliness and organization of all kitchen areas, equipment, and furnishings.
  • Collaborating with the broader team, including dietitians, to ensure dietary needs are met.

What We Are Looking For:

To thrive in this role, you should possess:

  • A relevant catering qualification (desirable).
  • Knowledge of COSHH and HACCP regulations.
  • Experience in a similar catering role.
  • Basic numeracy and literacy skills.
