Join Our Team as a Catering Support Assistant

Your Role:
In this position, you will report directly to the Head Chef and assist in various kitchen operations, including:
- Supporting the culinary staff in meal preparation and cooking, adhering to company standards.
- Serving meals and beverages to patients, staff, and visitors.
- Maintaining proper storage protocols and managing stock rotation.
- Ensuring cleanliness and organization of all kitchen areas, equipment, and furnishings.
- Collaborating with the broader team, including dietitians, to ensure dietary needs are met.
What We Are Looking For:
To thrive in this role, you should possess:
- A relevant catering qualification (desirable).
- Knowledge of COSHH and HACCP regulations.
- Experience in a similar catering role.
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills.
Work Environment:
