About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Claims Advisor to join our team at Enterprise Mobility. As a Claims Advisor, you will play a crucial role in managing vehicle hire and repair for customers involved in non-fault road traffic accidents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with customers, body shops, and rental branches
  • Manage repair updates, rentals, and invoices in a timely and efficient manner
  • Make decisions based on accident circumstances and resolve problematic claims
  • Liaise with loss adjusters, policyholders, brokers, and other third parties
  • Control hire invoices in line with industry standards

Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to make decisions and work in a targeted environment
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and time management skills
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products, internet, and telephone skills
  • Previous claims experience, especially in the credit hire environment, is highly desirable
