About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Business Support Consultant to join our team at Royal London. As a Business Support Consultant, you will play a key role in assisting Adviser and Sales Consultants in all aspects of the Royal London Pension & Protection proposition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in ensuring a smooth and efficient compliant sales process for the adviser.
  • Develop and maintain intermediary and business relationships.
  • Assist in the promotion of sales campaigns.
  • Undertake consultative conversations regarding the adviser's business and processes.
  • Proactively demonstrate third-party research tools, promote our online proposition, and assist in developing back-office software links to advisers via MS Teams.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a willingness to undertake financial service qualifications, an in-depth understanding of Royal London's Pension & Protection proposition, and good industry knowledge. Sales experience is not essential, but experience within the Financial Services industry and understanding of legislation and regulations that govern the industry are required. You will also need to have experience of telephone-based work or supporting with sales activities previously, as well as the ability to plan and self-manage your workload effectively.
