Office Services Assistant Role
You will be joining a well-respected and diverse legal firm located in the heart of Edinburgh City Centre.
As a member of the office services department, you'll be working in a busy and hands-on environment with a close team of professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- General office administration (scanning, filing, mail etc.)
- Data entry
- Helping with basic IT support (desk and meeting room set-up, liaising with the IT department to resolve issues etc.)
- Ad hoc projects
- Reception cover when the front office team is unavailable
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in customer services, working with the public or in a general office environment
