Continuous Improvement Manager

Position Overview
Brambles is seeking a dedicated Continuous Improvement Manager to be a vital part of our Site Leadership Team. This position will concentrate on enhancing operational efficiency within our manufacturing facility, cultivating continuous improvement capabilities, and promoting a culture that aligns with our Global Supply Chain Excellence standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor continuous improvement initiatives across the site.
- Develop and implement 5S methodologies while supporting 5S champions throughout the organization.
- Provide training and coaching to team members on continuous improvement practices.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to drive performance.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Demonstrated experience in a continuous improvement leadership role.
- Certification such as Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of managerial experience in supply chain operations.
- Proficient in 5S, LEAN, and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Experience in executing projects within a manufacturing context.
- Capability to deliver training effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant business software.
Preferred Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Experience Level:
1-3 years of relevant experience.
Work Environment:
This position is not remote.
