Fiduciary Ledger Manager at Aon UK Limited

Aon is in search of an experienced Fiduciary Ledger Manager to oversee fiduciary services within our Global Broking Centre. This role is pivotal in enhancing the fiduciary services provided to our diverse business portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the connection between fiduciary accounts and various business units
  • Lead and mentor an offshore team, establishing clear and attainable objectives
  • Leverage fiduciary expertise to advance Aon Limited's interests
  • Assist in the creation and execution of processes aimed at boosting operational efficiency
  • Work collaboratively with our outsourcing partner to improve service delivery
  • Support Senior Management in fulfilling strategic goals
  • Formulate a cost-efficient strategy for managing Fiduciary Accounts
  • Generate analytical reports and project summaries for executive review
  • Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and controls
  • Facilitate a risk-sensitive control function for Fiduciary Accounts
  • Drive initiatives and nurture essential relationships

Qualifications:

  • Preferred qualifications in accounting or insurance
  • Comprehensive understanding of insurance broking accounts and the UK regulatory landscape
  • Proven experience collaborating with offshore service providers
  • Exceptional analytical and numerical capabilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and build strong relationships
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities and persuasive skills
